Located in a prime spot, just a short stroll away from the heart of town and close to breathtaking hiking trails in Cairngorms and Rothiemurchus forest. the cozy cabin provided a warm and comfortable retreat during a day of bad weather, allowing us to relax with a cup of tea and enjoy some board games.

The exterior of the cabin could have been tidier, and some areas inside showed signs of wear and tear. the seating was uncomfortable and in need of updating, and the duvet was heavy and less than cozy.

The cabin offered a good location for exploring the area, with easy access to beautiful walks in the nearby forest. It was also close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. the cabin itself was cozy and warm, thanks to its wood construction.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the TV in the cabin didn't work well and we were only able to access basic channels.

Perfect Location: The cabin is ideally located, just a short walk from the town center and close to beautiful walking trails in the Cairngorms and Rothiemurchus forest. It's also easy to get around even without a car, with convenient access to buses and trains for further exploration.

Maintenance Issues: Unfortunately, there were some maintenance issues that affected our experience. It would have been better if these issues were addressed before our stay.

Easy access to beautiful walks in the Cairngorms and Rothiemurchus forest. Even on a rainy day, enjoyed the cabin’s coziness with a hot cup of tea and some board games.
